BIOGEM provides sequencing for Non UCSD (outside) investigators, please Contact James Sprague for pricing and availability.

At this time priority is given to users running complete flow cells - 8 samples (typically 7 standard samples and a test control PhiX sample).

Pricing covers machine time and labor - the sequence ready library is provided to BIOGEM - we build clusters and do sequencing.

Please note
- The investigator prepares the library per the Illumina protocol for the specific sequencing application. This library preparation kit is ordered directly from Illumina.
- The investigator provides the sequencing reagents which are ordered from Illumina.

- Sufficient capacity exists at BIOGEM for your sequencing project. BIOGEM has 3 GA II sequencers which on occasion can be busy. All sequencing runs need to be co-ordinated in advance via James Sprague.
